Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Beautifully Broken. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items, clearance items, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Returns will be issued as store credit.
• Original shipping costs will be added to the store credit amount once the return is approved.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet our policy guidelines.
